Kaylem
Founder
At the heart of Here There Everywhere Cleaning (HTE Cleaning) is Kaylem, a founder with an unexpected background and a passion for raising the bar in the cleaning industry.
Originally a blacksmith by trade, Kaylem went on to manage a leading metals manufacturing company and later owned and directed a heat treatment business. Over the years, he developed deep expertise in sales, business development, quality control, systems management, and client relationships, skills that now form the backbone of HTE Cleaning.
HTE Cleaning was born out of Kaylem’s belief that the cleaning industry could do better. After noticing common flaws, unreliable service, poor staff treatment, and inconsistent quality, he set out to create a company that does things differently. At HTE Cleaning, staff are paid and treated well, services are reliable and consistent, and every job is tailored to the client’s needs, whether it’s weekly home cleaning, fortnightly household maintenance, or ongoing commercial cleaning.
Claudio

Claudio brings years of professional cleaning expertise and a meticulous eye for detail to homes and commercial properties across Newcastle. Since joining the HTE Cleaning team in 2025, he has built a reputation for reliability, efficiency, and consistently high standards.
Clients appreciate Claudio’s calm, respectful approach, he arrives on time, communicates clearly, and treats every space with care. His focus on precision ensures that no detail goes unnoticed, whether it’s a perfectly polished surface or ensuring everything is back in its place.
Outside of work, Claudio enjoys cycling along the coast and quiet mornings spent fishing, both activities that reflect his patience and appreciation for the finer details.
